Amid the roaring of machines in the production workshop of Shijiazhuang Chentai Filter Paper Co., Ltd., different kinds of wood pulp fibers and special fiber raw materials are put into the hydraulic pulper in a certain proportion, with water being then added for dispersion and mixing. After beating, the pulp slurry is produced, which evenly passes through the forming net, and is then dehydrated and dried in vacuum before being impregnated and coated with adhesive and dried twice, so as to enhance the tensile and compressive strength, resistance to air flow impact, flame retardancy and other special properties of the filter paper. After slitting, rewinding and packaging, the filter paper can officially roll off the assembly line.
