Shijiazhuang Chentai Filter Paper Co., Ltd. NanoTek nano product series is based on electrospinning nanotechnology. After many upgrades and innovative production processes, the average diameter of nanofibers is controlled below 200nm (200nm = 1/200 of hair diameter), and is directly coated on a substrate composed of various different fibers such as wood pulp paper, wood pulp synthetic fiber paper, non-woven fabrics, etc. By controlling the diameter of the coating fiber and the coating structure, the filtering efficiency of the filter material is greatly improved.


The production and application of this technology has made Chentai filter paper a manufacturer in the filtration industry that applies electrospinning nanotechnology to automotive filter paper. With high filtration efficiency and low air flow resistance, the nanofilter element can be used continuously for a long time without maintenance. The filter element can better provide the engine, improve the fuel efficiency of automobiles, and reduce engine emissions.

Double-layer composite technology

The Company’s microfiberwet composite technology is based on the traditional composite filter paper productiontechnology, which has, after multiple transformations and upgrades, become especially suitable for the production of automotive filter paper.


Compared with the traditional filter paper production technology, the aforesaid microfiberwet composite technology can endow filter paper with a double-layer structure during the one-time molding process and, through two sets of pulp distributorsand two sizing systems, automatically operate the usage ratio and automatic layering of various microfibers, so as to realize the double-layer compounding of the efficiency layer and the support layer, and the control of the concentration value of the refined pulp, thepressure value of pulp grinding, and various product indicators during the pulping process, thereby increasing the dust holding capacity of filter paper. In addition, microfiber can also improve the filtration efficiency of filter paper. The filter adopted for filter paper production by the aforesaid technology can better protect the engine, extend the service life of the engine, and achieve integrated technology innovation and high performance multiplication.
